Description
Platinum Marketing Agency is looking for a talented website designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure design is aligned with the clients goals. As a dynamic website designer, you will bring innovative design concepts to life, create impactful and results driven website designs. You will play a critical role in delivering ultimate website solutions that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Design and produce websites
Schedule projects
Present rough drafts
Optimize complete website
Ensure website performance
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in website design.
Two years of WordPress Experience.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
This is a primarily front-end position.
Graphic design skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A cell phone, a computer or laptop, and a stable internet connection required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in back-end website development
Experince in website diagnostics.
Experience with Python, PHP, and Java.
Pay
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based pay. As a commission-only role, your earnings will be directly tied to each website deisgned and published. You will have the potential to earn unlimited income based on the number of websites you deliver.
Commission Structure:
You will earn a flat fee per completed website. Specific commission rates will be discussed during the interview process.
Income Potential:
The earning potential for this role is uncapped. High-performing website designers can expect to earn substantial compensation based on their efforts.
No Base Salary:
This position does not include a guaranteed base salary. Your earnings will be based entirely on the the amount of websited completed.
Flexibility & Independence:
As a 1099 contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and manage your workload. However, success in this role depends on your ability to drive sales, develop relationships, and consistently meet performance goals.
