Description

Platinum Marketing Agency is seeking a talented and results-driven Creative Designer to join our team. In this key role, you will shape the visual identity of our clients, working on a variety of projects from digital campaigns and branding to website design and marketing deliverables. You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure creative results align with the clients goals. As a dynamic and creative professional, you will bring innovative design concepts to life, create impactful visuals, and play a critical role in delivering outstanding marketing solutions that exceed client expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

Two years of experience in a creative role in any industry.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute design ideas that meet client needs.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Ability to take feedback and make revisions while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A cell phone, a computer or laptop, and a stable internet connection required.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience as a graphic designer, web designer, or similar role, ideally within a digital marketing or creative agency.

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including digital, print, branding, and web design.

Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, etc.).

Pay

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with project-based pay. Your earnings will be directly tied to your project completions. You will have the potential to earn unlimited income based on the number of projects you complete.

Commission Structure:
Specific project rates will be discussed during the interview process and will vary depending on the projects completed.

Income Potential:
The earning potential for this role is uncapped. High-performing Creative Designers can expect to earn substantial commissions based on their efforts, with opportunities for increased income as you grow your project base.

No Base Salary:
This position does not include a guaranteed base salary. Your earnings will be based entirely on the projects you generate.

Flexibility & Independence:
As a 1099 contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and manage your workload. However, success in this role depends on your ability to compete projects in a timely manner.
