Platinum Marketing Agency is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will oversee and guide the sales team while actively driving new business opportunities and closing leads. You will build strong client relationships, develop sales strategies, and ensure the team’s success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will shape the future of the agency, help clients achieve their website, and contribute to the agency’s overall growth.

Minimum Qualifications

Two years of experience in a sales role in any industry.

Excellent record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and closing leads.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to meet and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to build strong relationships and gain client trust through exceptional service.

A cell phone, a computer or laptop, and a stable internet connection required.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience in sales leadership or management, preferably within a website design/development agency, digital marketing, advertising, or related market.

Strong understanding of website design.

Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.) and basic analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).

Pay

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based pay. As a commission-only role, your earnings will be directly tied to your performance and sales team success. You will have the potential to earn unlimited income based on the number of clients you acquire directly and the revenue generated from your sales team’s accounts.

Commission Structure:
You will earn a percentage of the sales revenue from the clients you bring on and manage as well as a percentage of sales revenue generated from your sales team’s accounts. Specific commission rates will be discussed during the interview process and will vary depending on the services sold.

Income Potential:
The earning potential for this role is uncapped. High-performing Sales Managers can expect to earn substantial commissions based on their efforts, with opportunities for increased income as you grow your client base and team.

No Base Salary:
This position does not include a guaranteed base salary. Your earnings will be based entirely on the commissions you generate from sales and client and team retention.

Flexibility & Independence:
As a 1099 contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and manage your workload. However, success in this role depends on your ability to drive sales, develop relationships, and consistently meet performance goals.
